Constructed to meet the practical daily needs of working on site the BM 400 is designed around the auger or conveyor spiral drill. The machine transports excavated material from the drilling face by supplying the drilling head with drive torque. The auger has a hollow centre that allows air or water to be supplied to the drilling head; it can also be used when using a guidance system.
A variety of drilling heads can be used with this machine to fulfil the practical needs of the work conditions.
