2009 brought Mc Nicholas to our door with a bit of a problem. Using our one pass guided auger system , that problem was overcome,working from a 6 metre deep shaft we installed 7 n/o 640mm steel sleeves,each 37 metres long, beneath the railway, into a substation basement, which had a 1 metre square man entry hatch ,making access and egress very difficult.
